General Participation Conditions

1. General

The following participation conditions apply to entry in the "Soletti Austrian Holiday Prize Draw 2021" of Kelly Ges.m.b.H., Hermann-Gebauer-Straße 1, 1220 Vienna. Participation in this competition shall imply that you accept the following conditions. The competition starts on 1.3.2021 and ends with the prize draw of the last holiday on 31.1.2022.

2. Participation eligibility

All persons residing in Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Slovenia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Persons under the age of 18 require the consent of a guardian to be eligible to participate. 
Employees of Kelly Ges.m.b.H., as well as partners and close relatives (siblings, parents, children) of the aforementioned persons, and all employees of companies that are involved in the implementation of this competition, as well as those who live with the aforementioned persons in shared accommodation or similar living arrangements, are excluded from participation.
Kelly hereby explicitly reserves the right to disqualify and exclude participants from the competition who manipulate the participation process or the competition itself, who violate the participation conditions, and/or who unfairly attempt to influence the competition.

3. Winnings

A voucher from Brückler Services OG (www.familienurlaub-steiermark.at) will be raffled off every month for the duration of the competition among all participants who comply with the rules. The voucher can be redeemed in a selected establishment for a 2-night stay for a maximum of 4 people (2 adults & 2 children) incl. half board and is valid for one year from the voucher's date of issue (the date on which the prize is announced).
The accommodation and region varies every month.  The accommodation and region to be drawn in each month shall be announced at the beginning of the month on the Soletti website. The voucher is exclusively valid in the respective accommodation and region and only subject to availability. The voucher cannot be redeemed for a stay from 24.12.2021 to 06.01.2022 inclusive. Further information on the respective accommodation can be found at www.familienurlaub-steiermark.at. 

The voucher value ranges from €450 to €950 depending on the accommodation, season and age of the children. 
Please be aware that the prizes may have implications for the winners' income tax returns.
No legal recourse and/or cash payment of the winnings is possible.

4. Promotional period and selection of winners

The competition starts as soon as the first Soletti "Salzstangerl" 250g pack with the competition foil is available in retail outlets. Participation is possible on an ongoing basis. Participants have to cut out the "Styrian hearts" printed on the competition foils, stick five of them on the collector's pass which is available at… and upload the completed collector's pass to … or send it to Kelly Ges.m.b.H. (1220 Wien, Hermann-Gebauer-Str 1) or Intersnack Schweiz AG (Route du Mont Carmel 2,CH-1762 Givisiez). 

The collector's passes are labelled with the name of the month. The collector's pass is entered into prize draws for the month printed on it and the following month.  All collector's passes that reach Kelly by 23:59 PM through one of the above methods on the last day of the month printed on the collector's pass and passes named with the month before, will be entered into the prize draw for the actual month. The winner shall be notified by the 5th of the month following the prize draw using the contact details provided in the contact form on the homepage or by post.  The voucher will then be sent to the address provided by post. The prize will be forfeited without any compensation if the voucher cannot be delivered to the address provided or if the participant has not provided contact details. 

There will only be one draw for the months of June and July on 01.08.2021. This draw shall include valid collector's passes with the months May, June and July printed on them.

6. Limitation of liability

Kelly Ges.m.b.H. shall not be liable for damages arising from errors, delays or interruptions in data transmission, malfunctions of technical equipment and services, inaccurate content, loss or deletion of data (e.g.: due to viruses).

The limitation of liability shall not apply to consumers for compensation for personal injury or other damages in the event that Kelly or any person for which it is responsible has caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence. Kelly in any case shall not be liable for any damage that may occur during the holidays won in an accommodation of FamilienUrlaub Steiermark.

No legal recourse or cash redemption of the winnings is possible. In the event that a prize cannot be redeemed (in due time) for any particular reason (e.g. due to legal or official measures [especially due to COVID-19] or due to insolvency of Brückler Service OG or the accommodation), then the prize shall be forfeited without compensation.

7. Data protection declaration

Participants entering the competition agree that their name, date of birth and address may be stored by Kelly and that such data (name, address) may be passed on to a shipping company for the purpose of sending the prize. This data may also be stored by Kelly for the purpose of contact. It is not possible to run the competition without storing and processing this data, since otherwise Kelly will not be able to deliver the prizes, contact the winners, or verify that the age limit has been adhered to. The data will therefore only be stored and forwarded where this is absolutely necessary for the processing and organisation of the competition.

The data will be immediately deleted by Kelly once the competition is over.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to office@soletti.at or by post to Kelly Ges.m.b.H., Hermann-Gebauer-Straße 1, 1220 Wien. The email or postal address given also constitutes the general contact data of Kelly Ges.m.b.H.

Individuals whose data is processed within the framework of the competition have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer and oppose the processing of their data. Individuals whose data is processed within the framework of the competition, who believe that the processing of their data is in violation of data protection law, or whose data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, are entitled to complain to the supervisory authority (Austrian Data Protection Authority, Wickenburggasse 8-10, 1080 Vienna, Tel: 01 531 15 - 202525, Fax: 01 531 15 - 202690, email: dsb@dsb.gv.at).

8. Miscellaneous

Kelly GmbH hereby reserves the right to terminate or extend the competition at any time without prior notice or reason, or to exclude participants. Kelly also reserves the right to make modifications to the respective competition at any time where necessary. Kelly also reserves the right to amend these official conditions where necessary. The participants will be informed accordingly in case of any changes.
