Concerning products we pay particular attention to the origin and quality of raw materials.
With 12,000 tons per year, Soletti is one of the largest industrial buyers of Austrian flour from Pregarten near Linz, Schwechat and Klagenfurt. We guarantee the lowest possible CO2 emissions through regionality. The flour of our products is 100% milled from Austrian grain in Austrian mills. The salt we use is sourced exclusively from the Salinen in Ebensee, in the Austrian Alps, and processed at the plant.
Every day, 50 million Salzstangerl go through the baking line.
The traditional company has been producing with great care exclusively in Feldbach in Styria since 1901.
